46.4 This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the expiry of the Project Term unless it shall have been terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. To avoid doubt, Project Co shall not be entitled to any compensation for termination of this Agreement on expiry of the Project Term.
