46A.2 If the Board wishes to terminate this Agreement under this Clause 46A, it must first give Project Co notice stating:
(a) that the Board is terminating this Agreement under this Clause 46A; and
(b) that this Agreement will terminate on the date falling 30 Business Days after the date of receipt of the notice unless, in the case of a breach of Clause 7A.1(b), which Project Co demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board (acting reasonably) was caused by an administrative error of Project Co, Project Co rectifies such breach within 10 Business Days of receipt of such notice, in which case such notice shall be deemed not to have been served.
