46A.3 Subject to Clause 46A.1, this Agreement will terminate on the date falling 30 Business Days after the receipt of the notice referred to in Clause 46A.2 above, unless, in the case of a breach of Clause 7A.1(b) which Project Co demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board (acting reasonably) was caused by an administrative error of Project Co, Project Co rectifies such breach within 10 Business Days of the date of receipt of the notice referred to in Clause 46A.2 above.
