48.13 Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2.1 of Section E of Part 23 of the Schedule (Compensation on Termination):
(a) any compensation paid pursuant to this Clause shall be in full and final settlement of any claim, demand and/or proceedings of Project Co in relation to any termination of this Agreement, the [Licences/Ground Lease] and/or any Project Document (and the circumstances leading to such termination) and Project Co shall be excluded from all other rights and remedies in respect of any such termination; and
(b) the compensation payable (if any) pursuant to any of Clauses 48.1 to 48.5 above shall be the sole remedy of Project Co and Project Co shall not have any other right or remedy in respect of such termination.
