6.1 The Parties' obligations in relation to the identification, approval and delivery of New Projects which are Qualifying Projects are contained in Schedule Part 5 (Approval Process for New Projects).
6.2 In respect of each Approved Project (including where Clause 9.3.7 applies) hubco shall, or shall procure that a Project Service Provider shall enter into a Project Agreement either:
6.2.1 substantially in the form of the relevant Template Project Agreement completed in accordance with the "IMPORTANT NOTICE" set out on such Template Project Agreement to reflect such amendments as may be required in the circumstances of that particular Project Agreement and as may be agreed between hubco and the Relevant Participant(s) and approved by the SFT; or
6.2.2 in the case of an Approved Project for only FM Services, in such form as may be agreed between the Relevant Participant(s) and hubco.
