10.6 Whenever any sum of money shall be agreed, or determined, as due and payable by hubco to a Participant, such sum may at that Participant's discretion be deducted from or applied to reduce the amount of any sum then due to hubco from the Participant under this Agreement or which, prior to payment of such sum by hubco may so become due, provided that Participant has given hubco not less than five (5) Business Days written notice of its intention to deduct or apply such sum.
10.7 Whenever any sum of money shall be agreed, or determined as due and payable by a Participant to hubco, such sum may at hubco's discretion be deducted from or applied to reduce the amount of any sum then due from hubco to that Participant under this Agreement or which, prior to payment of such sum by the Participant, may so become due, provided that hubco has given that Participant not less than five (5) Business Days written notice of its intention to deduct or apply such sum.
