18.1 hubco shall make available to each Participant free of charge (and hereby irrevocably licenses each Participant to use) all rights it may have to use the Partnering Services Data that might reasonably be required by that Participant and hubco shall ensure that it obtains all necessary licences, permissions and consents to ensure that it can make such rights it may have to use the Partnering Services Data available to each Participant on these terms, for the Approved Purposes and in this clause "use" shall include the acts of copying, modifying, adapting and translating the material in question and/or incorporating them with other materials and the term "the right to use" shall be construed accordingly.
