20.11 hubco shall establish that all potential employees or persons who may otherwise perform any of the Partnering Services are medically fit for their proposed tasks in performance of the Partnering Services and that they do not pose at that time any danger to the health of other persons (provided that hubco is not required to procure compliance with an obligation which contravenes the Equality Act 2010 ). hubco shall also procure that all persons employed or engaged in the provision of any Partnering Services shall undergo such medical screening examination or treatment and provide such information during the term of this Agreement when reasonably requested to do so by any Participant (where the Participant reasonably believes that such persons pose or may pose a threat to the health of others) as required to ensure that the Participant is able to comply with relevant legal obligations in respect of the health of the Participant's staff, patients or visitors to the Participant's premises.
