24.1 None of hubco or the Participants shall be relieved from any liability under this Agreement to the extent that by reason of Force Majeure it is not able to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
24.2 None of hubco or the Participants shall be entitled to any compensation or other payment by reason of the occurrence of an event of Force Majeure.
