Subject to complying with applicable Law, additional public bodies or other persons may become Participants under this Agreement where the Participants and hubco jointly so agree in writing. The Participants shall procure that any new Participant shall execute an accession agreement in substantially the form of the draft attached at Schedule Part 10 (Accession Agreement).
