32.  DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, any dispute between the Parties or any of them arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure set out in Part 21 (Dispute Resolution Procedure).
