33.  ORDER OF PRECEDENCE OF DOCUMENTS

33.1  Inconsistencies between any contract documents in relation to which two or more Parties are party to two or more contract documents shall be resolved in the following order of precedence:

33.1.1  this Agreement; followed by

33.1.2  Project Agreements; followed by

33.1.3  Shareholders Agreement; followed by

33.1.4  all other contract documents to which the relevant Parties are a party.
