42.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership or as a contract of employment between the Participants (or any of them) and hubco.
42.2 Save as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, hubco shall not be, and shall not be deemed to be, an agent of the Participants or any of them and hubco shall not hold itself out as having authority or power to bind the Participants or any of them in any way.
