Each of the Participants and hubco shall at all times take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any loss and/or costs and/or expenses for which the relevant Party is entitled to bring a claim against any other Party pursuant to this Agreement and to take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any effects or circumstances and/or events adversely affecting the performance of their obligations under this Agreement which would otherwise entitle that Party to relief and/or to claim compensation hereunder.
