50.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.
50.2 Subject to the provisions in Schedule Part 21 (Dispute Resolution Procedure), the parties agree that the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any action, suit, proceeding or dispute in connection with this Agreement and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
