hubco shall, at its own cost and expense, regularly monitor and report the standard of performance of each of the Partnering Services and the Project Services and demonstrate continuous improvement wherever practicable. This will be achieved by the use of appropriate key performance indicators as set out below, as further developed in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.
