3.1 Partnering Services Costs relative to the provision of Ongoing Partnering Services shall be paid through the sums payable by Project Agreement Counterparties under Project Agreements in the hubco portion payable as part of the Project Development Fee, calculated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
