2.1  Where hubco (or any relevant Partnering Subcontractor) employs any LGPS Participant Employees from a Transfer Date and wishes to offer those LGPS Participant Employees membership of the LGPS, hubco shall procure that it (and/or any relevant Partnering Subcontractor) shall become an Admission Body. hubco shall before the Transfer Date execute (and procure that any relevant Partnering Subcontractor executes) a Partner Admission Agreement which will have effect from and including the Transfer Date.
