Right of Set Off
2.5 The relevant Local Authority Participant shall have a right to set off against any payments due to hubco under this Agreement an amount equal to any overdue employer and employee contributions and other payments (and interest payable under the LGPS (Administration) Regulations) due from hubco (or from any relevant Partnering Subcontractor (as applicable)) under the Partner Admission Agreement.31
