The provisions of this Schedule Part 16 shall apply in relation to each Relevant Transfer during the term of this Agreement which affects NHS Participant Employees. In relation to each such Relevant Transfer the provisions of this Schedule Part 16 shall apply save that hubco and the relevant Participant(s) (all acting reasonably) shall agree such amendments to the provisions of this Schedule Part 16 as are required to reflect the specifics of the transfer in terms of details of the Employer's Actuary and the Actuary's Letter and any comments from the GAD.
