hubco shall procure that the Employer shall procure that, as soon as practicable after the Transfer Date, the conditions set out below are and remain satisfied until the Pension Payment Date:
3.1 the SPPA has received (in a form and substance satisfactory to it) any undertakings, confirmation and information from the Employer or the Broadly Comparable Scheme required or deemed necessary by the SPPA to comply with the requirements of the NHS Pension Scheme Regulations, HM Revenue & Customs, the National Insurance Contributions Office and any other statutory or regulatory requirements; and
3.2 the SPPA has received confirmation from the Broadly Comparable Scheme that the Broadly Comparable Scheme will accept the Transfer Payment from the SPPA, will grant benefits for them complying with paragraph 5 and will give a receipt for such payments in such form as the SPPA reasonably requests.
