3.1 Subject to paragraph 2 of this Schedule Part 21, if a Dispute arises, the relevant Parties shall first consult in good faith in an attempt to come to an agreement in relation to the disputed matter.
3.2 If the relevant Parties fail to come to an agreement through such consultation, each relevant Party shall refer to matter to its [Participants to confirm escalation point]46 or, in the case of hubco, its [Tenderers to specify] for resolution.
