3.3  Clinical Functionality

It is envisaged that prior to signing the Contract, the Board will review the Contractors Proposals and approve the Clinical Functionality of them (e.g. where beds are to be situated, adjacencies between rooms etc). This effectively confirms to the Contractor that any Contractor's Proposals "signed off" as meeting the Board's Clinical Functionality Requirements, meet the Board's Construction Requirements in this regard. This means that the Board will not be able to require the Contractor to change it's designs/construction in respect of Clinical Functionality as stated in paragraph 3.2.2.
