There will be several things that both the Contractor and the Authority will have to do to the Facilities prior to and after completion. The Board and the Contractor agree a commissioning programme some months prior to the proposed Completion Date identifying the necessary commissioning both before and after completion by both the Board and Contractor. Both the Contractor and the Board will then carry out their commissioning in accordance with the agreed Commissioning Programme prior to and after the proposed Completion Date.
