The required levels of service will be set out in Part 14 of the Schedule of the Contract ("the Service Level Specifications") and will, to some extent, be based on the specific requirements of the project.
The inter-relationship between the Service Level Specifications and the Payment Mechanism allow the Contractor to be penalised for poor performance (see paragraphs 10 and 11).
