9.1  Maintenance Programme

The Services will include the maintenance of the Facilities. Prior to the start of each year of the Contract, the Contractor must provide a proposed programme of maintenance for that year. At the same time, it must also provide its updated five year maintenance plan.

When the Contractor follows the maintenance programme, usually no deductions will be made for any resulting under performance of the services during the maintenance works. The maintenance programme is subject to review by the Board. The Board may object to the Contractor's proposed maintenance programme on certain specified grounds - for example that the proposed maintenance would interfere with the operations of the Board in a way that could be avoided or reduced by rescheduling the works, or the proposal would not be in accordance with the Service Level Specifications.
