The Board retains the ability to instruct the Contractor to accelerate or defer its planned maintenance. However, the Board will compensate the Contractor for any additional costs incurred by it up to an estimate of costs agreed between them. Also, no performance deductions can be made if the reason for the Contractor's non-performance is deferral of the maintenance works in accordance with the Board's instructions.
