If a stated number of Warning Notices are issued in a particular period (determined on a project specific basis) then the Board may increase the level of monitoring until the Board is reasonably satisfied that the Contractor is performing, and will continue to perform, its obligations. Where such measures include additional actions by the Board, the Contractor will meet the Board's additional expenses.
