As the Contract subsists for a period of 25 or 30 years, it is likely that at some point there may be changes or alterations required. There are three main reasons why the Contract may require to be altered:-
• as the Board wishes to change the Contract ("Board Variations")
• to allow for or take account of a change in law ("Change in Law")
• the Contractor wishes to change the Contract ("Contractor Changes")
