In this case, in terms of Clause 41 of the Contract, the Contractor will only get "Time" for this type of event, but note that in terms of the Variation Procedure (see paragraph 17) the Contractor will be fully compensated for the change instructed by the Board, so in practical terms, the Contractor will get Time and Money.
