The Contract deals specifically with corrupt gifts and fraud by the Contractor. If such a fraud is committed by the Contractor, or an employee not acting independently of it, then the Board may immediately terminate the Contract.
If an employee or sub-contractor, acting independently of the Contractor, commits fraud, the Board may terminate the Contract unless the Contractor dismisses or replaces the employee or sub-contractor within a specified period (usually 20 days).
