The Board may also terminate the Contract at any time by giving notice to the Contractor, even if there is no breach. However, the Contractor must be fully compensated for its loss (see Paragraph 28). In addition to this general right to terminate at any time, a Board may (on approval from SGHD) consider it beneficial to have the option to terminate the Contract on specified dates ("Board Break Point Dates") for a specified compensation amount for equity and junior debt.
Finally, the Contract will terminate (expire) automatically at the end of the project's stated length.
