Similarly, the Board must compensate the Contractor for certain losses suffered due to actions of the Board, which are:
30.2.1 a claim in respect of the death or injury to a third party (specifically including persons employed or engaged by the Contractor) arising from the clinical services at the Facilities, a breach of Contract by the Board or an act of the Board which is contrary to guidance/instructions for running the Facilities;
30.2.2 physical damage to the Facilities or to the assets or the property of a third party arising from breach by the Board of any Contract provisions or any deliberate act by it; and
30.2.3 Third party actions/claims.
