A committee is set up by the parties, consisting of 3 members appointed by each party, to review the daily operation of the Contract and, where appropriate, make recommendations. The committee's recommendations are not binding on the parties.
Where a binding decision is needed on a matter on which the parties cannot agree, there is a formal process to resolve these issues without the need for formal legal action.
