All disputes (with the exception of a couple of instances in the Contract which are specifically excluded from the Dispute Resolution Procedure) start off by being referred to the Liaison Committee (paragraph 31.1). The Contract then contains a detailed procedure for the resolution of disputes which ultimately results in arbitration or court depending on which option the Board elects when finalising the drafting of Part 26 of the Schedule.
