The following are called Relevant Changes in Law:
2.1.1 Changes in law which affect only PPP hospitals, PPP companies, the actual facility or the Contractor provided that they cost more than £1000 indexed and were not reasonably foreseeable when the Contract was signed ("Discriminatory Changes in Law");
2.1.2 Changes in law which affect the NHS in particular (NHS Specific Changes in Law) provided that they cost more than £1000 indexed and were not reasonably foreseeable when the Contract was signed;
2.1.3 other changes in law which happen after the completion of the facility which require the Contractor to carry out additional works, provided that they were not reasonably foreseeable by the Contractor when the Contract was signed.
