4.1 Members of the Board staff who transfer must be given the benefit by the Contractor of a pension scheme which is broadly comparable to the NHS Pension Scheme. In the event of a subsequent transfer to a new service provider, the Contractor must ensure that the employees continue to enjoy the same rights to redundancy payments as they would have had if their employment had been continuous and not interrupted by the transfer from the Board.
