The Output Specification is the part of the Contract through which the Authority defines the outputs that it requires from the Contractor over the term of the Contract. Fundamentally, the Output Specification specifies the outcomes that are required to be achieved not how they are achieved.
An effective Output Specification is clear, concise and unambiguous and identifies all aspects of the service that are critical to the Authority.
