1.3.  Key Components of the Output Specification

The component parts of the Output Specification are:

•  The Performance Requirements for each phase of the project i.e.:

  the Works Requirements;

  the Commissioning Requirements;

  the Service Requirements;

  the Handover Requirements; and

•  The Performance Measurement Framework.
