Discussions may be needed during the evaluation period to explore the impact of any comment made on the Output Specification by the bidders.
These discussions can include presentations by bidders to the Authority on their reasons and justification for the proposed technology.
Some issues set out in Section 4.5 will apply here in this Section 4.7.
