The suggested drafting set out in Part II of this Module makes reference to a range of Method Statements. These are 'bid' back to the Authority as part of the procurement process and are evaluated and developed as the procurement proceeds. The Authority’s requirements for the Method Statements will need to be developed as part of the ISDS.
Method Statements contain the fine detail of the bidder’s proposal to provide and manage the service over the Contract term. A Method Statement is required for each of the main stages of the project:
