1 Consistent with its commitment to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Scottish Executive will keep the operation of this protocol under review with the STUC. It will also consult with representatives of PSOs and service providers to assist in this process.
2 An initial review of the effectiveness of the protocol in meeting its aims will be undertaken by the within the first year of its introduction, with a view to early resolution of any difficulties which emerge from that review.
