49A.5 [Sub-hubco/Project Co] to Provide Information

[Sub-hubco/Project Co] must provide the Authority with such information as the Authority reasonably requests for the purpose of making claims for losses due to malicious damage or vandalism, under the Operational Insurances.⁵

⁵ The Authority, as an insured party, will be responsible for making claims under the Operational Insurances for losses due to malicious damage or vandalism and will bear the excesses applicable to such claims.
