Right of Set Off

26.6 The Authority shall have a right to set off against any payments due to [Sub-hubco/Project Co]under this Agreement an amount equal to any overdue employer and employee contributions and other payments (and interest payable under the LGPS (Administration) Regulations) due from [Sub-hubco/Project Co] (or from any relevant Service Provider (as applicable)) under the Admission Agreement.¹³
