10.1 The failure of any party to exercise any contractual right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver thereof until communicated in writing under Clause 9.2.
10.2 No waiver shall be effective unless it is communicated in writing to the other party.
10.3 A waiver of any right or remedy arising from a breach of contract shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy arising from any other breach of this Agreement.
