26  The contents of this Section 4 of Part 8 of the Schedule will usually include the following:

•  Introduction

•  Architectural proposals

•  Civil/Structural engineering proposals

•  Mechanical and Electrical engineering proposals

•  Construction Methodology

•  Drawings (full design to be developed at least to 1:200 level, with a sample drawing of each key area of the hospital developed to 1:50 level)

•  Management proposals.
