8.1 The parties shall be bound to observe, mutatis mutandis, the terms of Clause [ ] of the Service Contract with respect to any information or document referred to in Clause [ ] of the Service Contract which shall come into its possession pursuant to this Agreement.]
8.2 The Service Provider agrees that the Board shall be entitled to disclose the terms of this Agreement to the Scottish Government Health Directorates and HM Treasury and that the Board shall be free to use and disclose such information on such terms and in such manner as the Scottish Government Health Directorates and/or HM Treasury see fit.
