65 Boards should refer to NHS Executive Guidance. This Schedule should be developed in conjunction with the payment provisions in the Agreement and the Deduction Mechanisms. Financial deductions should continue to apply during Relief Events and an event of Force Majeure on the basis outlined in the footnotes to Clauses 4.2 (Relief Events) and 4.3 (Force Majeure).
