1. If the Board terminates this Agreement pursuant to Clause 44 (Project Co Events of Default) with the exception of termination pursuant to Clause 44.1(c)(ii) the Board shall pay to Project Co such sum as is calculated according to this Section B of this Part 23 of the Schedule.
