15.1 This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts, each of which, when executed and delivered, shall constitute an original, but all the counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument.
15.2 The obligations of the parties who have executed this Agreement shall not be affected by the fact that not all of the parties hereto have validly executed this Agreement and such obligations shall be binding inter se.
15.3 The parties hereto each acknowledge that the Security Trustee when acting hereunder shall be acting in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed.
